36氪获悉，据商务部消息，3月2日，2026年全国消费促进月暨京津冀消费季在天津市启动。商务部认真贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署，坚持扩大内需这个战略基点，坚持“政策+活动”双轮驱动，深入实施提振消费专项行动，持续打造“购在中国”品牌，推进建设强大国内市场。2026年全国消费促进月暨京津冀消费季作为“购在中国”重点专题活动，将进一步优化消费品以旧换新政策实施，深化消费新业态新模式新场景、国际化消费环境建设、有奖发票等试点工作，强化京津冀三地区域消费协同，扩大优质商品和服务供给，促进首发经济、健康消费、绿色消费、智能消费，推动商旅文体健多场景融合，更好满足多样化、品质化消费需求。
